Winter Bundler Volunteers Needed!

Hi Families,

The weather is beginning to get colder and before you know it we will have snow. Along with snow comes snow pants, mittens, hats, scarves, boots etc. You can imagine how long this takes to get all of the Kindergarteners dressed to go outside and undressed to get to lunch on time, especially using our lockers! Therefore, I am looking for parent helpers to come and help get the students bundled and unbundled at lunch time. You would arrive at 11:10 am. and stay until the students get to lunch at 11:35 am. Right now Mrs. Athy is assigned to Monday’s, Mrs. Szlachcic to Friday’s and Mrs. Armstrong to Thursday’s. That leaves Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s completely open and the other days with only one parent helper! I’d love to have a couple of volunteers for each day, so the students can get outside to play faster! If you can help a couple days a week, once a week, or even if you can only commit to once a month, all help is needed and appreciated! If you have an aunt, uncle or a grandparent of your child thats available their help would also be welcomed! All volunteers must have a school background check on file. If you are willing to help please contact Lori Armstrong by e-mail as soon as possible (Lexi’s mom). She will be putting together a schedule for the months of December-March.

Thank you so much for your help!
